HOW WE WORK

Three ways to begin.

Every project starts differently. Some arrive as full architectural drawings, some as a designer’s vision, and some as a sketch on a note pad. We are comfortable with all three.

With an architect

Working to architect’s drawings? We price, plan and build them with the care they were drawn with. No architect yet? We can introduce you to practices we know and trust.

Bring your designer’s vision, or let us recommend one. We add the technical detail and the build, and make it real.

Directly with us

No drawings, just an idea. We start with a conversation and a sketch, then design and build the whole thing together, a true collaboration between your vision and our ideas.

We carry out the majority of our work using our own in-house team, giving us greater control over workmanship, sequencing and the standard of the finished project.

When specialist expertise is required, we bring in trusted subcontractors we know and work with regularly. The project remains managed by The Trade Collective, with one point of responsibility from start to finish.
